Process and Pricing Logic
Timing recommendation: the official visa center guidance recommends applying around 3 months before travel, and the online application procedure advises submitting at least 30 days before travel. With about one month left, the case can still be workable, especially in Jakarta / Surabaya / Medan with priority if available, but Flado should confirm feasibility after seeing documents and the selected city.
First priority: documents. Start by preparing one Google Drive folder with numbered files according to the checklist below. Flado checks the folder online first. After our confirmation, original / hard documents may be delivered to our office via https://flado.id/delivery or brought during a personal visit via https://flado.id/contact.

Bali / Denpasar: Standard processing only. Priority / expedited service is not available in Bali. Jakarta, Surabaya, and Medan may have Priority Level 1 / Level 2 where available.
Fingerprint / personal attendance update: according to the current CVASC Indonesia notice, short-term Chinese visa applicants staying in China for no more than 180 days are exempt from fingerprint collection until 31 December 2026. Long-stay / residence-permit categories such as D, J1, Q1, S1, X1 and Z may still require fingerprints. Personal attendance, original passport submission, representative handling, and extra checks remain subject to the selected visa center and final online approval.
