The process of legalization of documents is described on the website of your Embassy in Indonesia.

What documents can be legalized?

Birth certificate, death certificate, marriage certificate, driver’s license, power of attorney, certificate of good conduct, certificate of origin and others.

Legalization of documents is first carried out in two ministries:

  1. Ministry of Justice and Human Rights;
  2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

Legalization is completed at the embassy:

  1. Translation is being made;
  2. Certificate of translation at the Embassy in Indonesia;
  3. Legalization.

Duration: ~ 2.5-3 weeks.

Provide:

  1. The original document or a perfect scan if the document has a QR code without signatures and seals.
