For e-Visa / Sticker Visa applications through Indonesia, processing time is normally minimum 5 working days and may take longer. Visa Exemption processing is normally minimum 3 working days and may take longer. For Single Entry, a stay up to 90 days can be requested when the proof package is complete, but approval and final validity remain discretionary. Eligible e-passport nationalities are marked as online and worldwide simplified route.
Online and worldwide simplified route may be available. For this route, Flado usually needs only passport photos/pages and basic trip details. Indonesian residence permit is not required.
Visa Exemption is not available for this passport choice. If your nationality requires an e-passport for the simplified route, the form will show e-Visa / Sticker Visa only. For Indonesian ordinary passports, making an e-passport / IC passport is usually better for future Japan trips.
KITAS / KITAP required: e-Visa and Sticker Visa support through Indonesia normally requires a valid Indonesian residence permit for foreign applicants. Please check KITAS options first.

Multiple Entry is not recommended for this profile. You can request it, but if Japan travel history and strong travel history are missing, the approval chance may be low. If Multiple Entry is not approved, the Consulate may grant a Single Entry visa instead.
Single Entry long stay note: A stay up to 90 days may be requested only when the proof package is complete and consistent. Flight reservation from common travel booking platforms can be used if passenger name, route, dates and flight details are clearly visible. Purchased tickets are not required before document checking.

Document flow after payment

After payment, send documents to Flado through WhatsApp and complete the Japan visa intake form. Please do not upload many documents directly in this form. Official forms and the exact Visa Center address are shared only after the file is checked and ready for final instructions.

Mixed groupNo special extra mixed-group document is normally required only because one applicant is Indonesian and another is a foreign KITAS/KITAP holder. Family Card / KK and family Visa Exemption documents can still be submitted as additional supporting documents.
