Starting September 1, 2025, the Arrival Card via All Indonesia Portal Will Be Mandatory

The Directorate General of Immigration of Indonesia has announced that starting September 1, 2025, completing the Arrival Card through the All Indonesia portal will become mandatory for all arriving passengers.

Where it will apply

The All Indonesia system will be required at:

  • 3 international airports:
    • Soekarno-Hatta (Jakarta)
    • I Gusti Ngurah Rai (Bali)
    • Juanda (Surabaya)
  • 6 international seaports in Batam:
    • Batam Centre
    • Nongsa
    • Marina
    • Sekupang
    • Harbour Bay
    • Bengkong

At all of these entry points, passengers will be required to present a QR code of the Arrival Card, which confirms registration on the portal.

What this means for travelers

Passengers will no longer need to complete separate forms for immigration, customs, health, and quarantine. Now it is enough to fill out the Arrival Card once online at allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id.

This new regulation will make border crossing faster, safer, and more convenient.
