What are Specialized Visas
Specialized visas under categories C7–C22B are designed for participants of artistic, cultural, educational, industrial, or professional events — including performers, athletes, speakers, researchers, and project specialists.
All these visas are approved by the Indonesian Directorate General of Immigration and Ministry of Manpower and are required when engaging in professional or performance-related activities in Indonesia.
These visas cannot be submitted directly by applicants.
All applications must go through a registered sponsoring company or organization — the official host, employer, or event organizer.
Who Can Be a Sponsoring Organization
A sponsoring organization can be:
- An Indonesian company (PT or PT PMA)
- A school, university, or registered foundation
- A committee or event organizer officially recognized in Indonesia
If your organization plans to invite foreign participants, Flado Visa Agency can register your company as an official sponsor in the immigration system, enabling you to apply legally for participant visas.
Sponsor Account Registration Requirements
To register a sponsor account, please provide:
- Company or organization letterhead
- Surat Permohonan Reg Akun with materai and company stamp (template provided by us)
- Guarantee Letter for each applicant
- Company e-mail and phone number
- Registered company address
- Copies of all corporate documents (akta, NIB, SIUP, etc.)
- KTP/passport and photo of the director
Sponsor registration is done once only and costs 1,500,000 IDR.
We may provide this registration free of charge if your company submits visa applications through us.
Documents Required from Participants
From participants (invited individuals), we only need:
- Passport (photo page, valid ≥ 6 months)
- Color photo (light background, no glasses or headwear)
Application Process
- The company provides the documents for sponsor registration.
- Flado Visa Agency registers the company in the immigration system.
- After activation, visa applications are submitted for each participant.
- eVISAs are issued and sent by e-mail within 7–10 working days.

⚠️ Specialized visas must always be submitted through an officially registered sponsoring organization.
If you are an individual applicant, please contact your organizer, employer, or school — they can coordinate directly with us to handle the visa sponsorship legally and efficiently.
We will sign an agreement with them to process all applications officially and in compliance with immigration law.
