IMPORTANT UPDATE — DENPASAR IMMIGRATION OFFICE ASSISTANCE

Dear Clients,

We sincerely apologize for the unexpected disruption to our in-person immigration assistance services in Bali today, Thursday, 15 October 2026.

Due to the ongoing fuel shortage across Bali, exceptionally long queues at petrol stations have caused severe traffic congestion on major roads.

Unfortunately, our Flado field representative has been caught in this traffic disruption and is unable to reach the Denpasar Immigration Office today.

Several of our clients have also reported similar transportation difficulties, including being unable to reach their scheduled immigration appointments.

This exceptional situation is affecting transportation and daily activities across Bali. Long queues have formed at petrol stations, fuel availability remains unpredictable, and some educational institutions have temporarily switched to remote learning.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Immigration Assistance Schedule

Our current service availability is as follows:

DateFlado Immigration Assistance

⚪ Sat–Sun, 17–18 OctoberWeekend — no regular appointments

We expect our representative to resume immigration office assistance tomorrow, Friday, 16 October. However, availability may still depend on local transportation conditions.

Please note that this temporary disruption affects Flado’s ability to provide in-person assistance and does not mean that the Indonesian Immigration Office itself is closed.

Upcoming Bali Holidays and Non-Working Days

Please also consider the following dates when planning immigration procedures:

  • 31 October 2026 (Saturday) — Saraswati, Balinese holiday.
  • 4 November 2026 (Wednesday) — Pagerwesi, Balinese holiday.
  • 7 November 2026 (Saturday) — Balinese holiday according to the Flado service calendar.
  • Saturdays and Sundays — regular weekend closures.

Local Balinese holidays may affect appointment availability. Immigration office closures on these dates should be confirmed separately.

Can I Attend My Immigration Appointment Later?

Yes, in most cases you can attend your immigration procedures on another day without any negative consequences.

For routine immigration appointments, a short postponement is generally not a problem, provided that your immigration status remains valid and all applicable deadlines are respected.

There is usually no reason to worry or rush to the Immigration Office today.

However, certain circumstances require special attention.

Planning to Leave Indonesia Soon?

If you have an upcoming international flight, particularly within the next few days, postponing an immigration procedure may affect your travel plans.

The same applies if your visa or stay permit is approaching its expiration date or if your immigration application involves a specific mandatory deadline.

Please contact our Contact Center via WhatsApp before making any changes to your travel or immigration arrangements.

Our team will review your individual circumstances, discuss any potential risks, and help you find the most suitable solution.

We strongly recommend informing us about upcoming departures as early as possible.

What Happens to Appointments Scheduled for Today?

Clients who were expecting in-person assistance from Flado on Thursday, 15 October, will be contacted individually where rescheduling is required.

Our team will help coordinate alternative arrangements according to each client’s immigration requirements and appointment availability.

Where possible, document preparation, online visa applications, immigration processing, and communication with clients will continue remotely.

Some response delays may occur while transportation conditions remain difficult.

When Will the Situation Return to Normal?

Fuel supply disruptions are currently affecting transportation across Bali, and it is difficult to predict exactly when the situation will fully stabilize.

We hope that conditions will gradually improve over the coming days and become more manageable next week.

Importantly, Flado expects to resume in-person immigration assistance as early as Friday, 16 October, even if the wider fuel situation has not yet returned to normal.

We will continue monitoring conditions and provide further updates if our service availability changes.

Our Sincere Apologies

We understand that immigration procedures, appointments, and travel plans are important, and unexpected disruptions can be frustrating.

Our team is doing everything reasonably possible to minimize inconvenience, assist affected clients, and maintain the continuity of our services.

We sincerely apologize for today’s disruption, which has arisen from extraordinary transportation circumstances beyond our control.

Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued trust in Flado Indonesia.

For assistance, rescheduling, or urgent immigration questions, please contact Flado’s Contact Center via WhatsApp.
