Russia offers several visa options. For Indonesian citizens travelling for up to 30 days, the simplest option is usually the Russian E-Visa. For longer tourist or business trips, a classic sticker visa in the passport is required.

Step 1 – Get Russia Visa Voucher / Invitation
This step is available for clients anywhere in the world who need a tourist voucher or business invitation for Russian visa application. You can use the voucher for self-submission or continue to Step 2 if you apply through Flado in Indonesia.
Business invitation issue time: usually 2-3 weeks.
Step 2 – Apply for Russian Visa with Flado in Indonesia
This step is only for clients applying for a Russian visa through the Consular Department of the Russian Federation in Jakarta. Flado can assist with submission in Indonesia after the voucher or invitation is ready.

For Indonesian Citizens – Tourist Sticker Visa
- Original passport
- 1 printed visa photo, 35×45 mm, white background. Requirements are strict: head centered, face fully visible from crown/hairline to chin, nose on the symmetry line, face 70-80% of the photo. Flado can print it correctly if you provide a suitable digital file.
- Tourist voucher with correct dates
- Visa application form preparation is handled by Flado
- Flight tickets are not required for Indonesian citizens / WNI
For Foreigners Applying from Indonesia
- Original passport
- 1 printed visa photo, 35×45 mm, white background. Requirements are strict: head centered, face fully visible from crown/hairline to chin, nose on the symmetry line, face 70-80% of the photo. Flado can print it correctly if you provide a suitable digital file.
- Voucher / invitation
- KITAS / KITAP copy
- Bank statements for the last 3 months with any amount
- Air ticket required for foreigners: round trip for single entry visa, and one way is enough for multiple entry visa. Not required for WNI.
- Health insurance required. Foreigners with KITAS / KITAP should prepare insurance.
For Work / Student / Private Visa
- Work visa: Russian work permission / official work invitation is required, plus HIV test
- Student visa: documents from the Russian educational institution are required, plus HIV test
- Private visa: official invitation from your Russian private sponsor is required
