We provide both Standard and Priority processing via the Consular Department of the Russian Embassy in Jakarta. The prices below are final and include the official consulate fees, service charges, and professional handling by our agency.
| Service Type & Nationality | Standard Processing (4-20 Working Days) | Priority Processing (1-3 Working Days)** |
|---|---|---|
| Electronic Visa (E-Visa) Single Entry, 64 eligible countries | 2,500,000 IDR (Strictly 4 calendar days) | – |
| Tourist / Work / Dependent (Single Entry) Indonesians & KITAS Holders (Non-US) | 4,800,000 IDR | 6,300,000 IDR |

| Tourist / Business / Work / Dependent (Multiple Entry) Indonesians & KITAS Holders | 7,800,000 IDR | 12,700,000 IDR** |
**Important Note on Priority Processing: While we list the pricing for Priority Multiple Entry visas, please be aware that the Russian Consular Section currently does not accept or process expedited (Priority) applications for Multiple Entry visas. If you need your visa urgently (within 1-3 working days), you must apply for a Single Entry visa.
The price includes the consular fee and free collection of documents at our office in Jakarta. Delivery to Bali or other locations is at the client’s expense, starting from 300,000 IDR, depending on the courier service and urgency.
How to Calculate Processing Times & Russian Holidays:
To calculate the sticker visa readiness date, we must exclude public holidays and weekends. The Consular Section strictly observes Russian national holidays. Please pay special attention to long holiday breaks, during which the consulate is closed and processing pauses:
– New Year Holidays: Typically January 1st to January 8th.
– May Holidays: Usually around May 1st (Labor Day) and May 9th (Victory Day), often spanning into long weekends.
– Other official single-day holidays include February 23, March 8, June 12, and November 4.
1. Remote Russian E-Visa (The Most Affordable Option)
The Electronic Visa is the most convenient and cheapest product for tourism, business, or guest visits. You do not need to be in Indonesia to apply. We can process this for you no matter where you are in the world. No KITAS/KITAP is required for foreigners.

- Processing Time: An E-visa is issued strictly within 4 calendar days (including weekends and bank holidays).
- Validity & Stay: Valid for 60 days. You are allowed to stay for up to 30 days in Russia.
- Requirements: Only a high-quality digital photo and a clear scan of your passport.
- Eligible Countries (64): Austria, Barbados, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bhutan, Cambodia, China (including Taiwan), Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Eswatini, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Myanmar, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Oman, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saint Lucia, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Vatican, Vietnam, Zimbabwe.
