Schengen Visa Application in Indonesia
Apply for a Schengen visa from Indonesia with Flado Indonesia. This form is for Indonesian citizens and foreign residents who hold a valid KITAS or KITAP.
One applicant = one application. Flado service package is paid online. Official Embassy / Visa Center fee is not collected by Flado and is paid directly by the applicant during biometrics / document submission at the visa center. Family members may keep all files in one shared Google Drive folder, but each person must submit a separate application and pay separately, or the total may be paid through https://flado.id/pay.

Process and Pricing Logic
It is possible to apply up to 6 months before the desired Schengen entry date. In practice, a visa application should normally be presented at least 3 weeks before the intended departure date.
| Visa Type | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Visa A | Airport transit visa. It allows access only to the international transit area of a Schengen airport and does not allow entry into the Schengen country. |
| Visa C | Short stay visa under 90 days. Tourist visits, family/friend visits, business/professional trips, cultural/sports events, short training/education, transit through Schengen, official government visit. |
| Visa D | Long stay visa over 90 days. Academic/student, economic, au pair, professional card, family reunification, marriage or legal cohabitation with intention of permanent stay. Visa D requires manual review and previous Schengen biometrics within the last 59 months. |
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Figure out where and when to apply | Standard nearest submission date is often around 3-4 weeks. Priority Booking Service is available only for selected destinations and centers. The form will show whether it can be selected. |
| 2. Collect required documents | Documents depend on social status, age, purpose, destination country, visa type, and residence status in Indonesia. |
| 3. Book visa interview / biometric appointment | After electronic application submission via Flado, we check documents and make an appointment for biometric data collection. |
| 4. Attend the interview | Biometric data will be registered and all required documents must be presented. Flado checks and prepares complete files to avoid delays. |
| 5. Pay official visa fee at the visa center | Flado does not collect Embassy / Consular fee online. The applicant pays the official fee directly during biometrics / document submission at the visa center. |

| National Visa Type D | 3,100,000 IDR | ~3,600,000 IDR |

| Free-fee / Children under 6 | 3,100,000 IDR | 0 IDR |
Default package = Independent Visit. Flado prepares your documents, audits the file, books the appointment, and gives clear step-by-step instructions. You attend biometrics independently and pay the official Embassy / Visa Center fee directly at the center.
Optional Accompanied Visit: Flado specialist accompaniment is available in Jakarta and Bali for an additional 300,000 IDR per applicant. Surabaya appointments are independent visit by default.
Priority Booking Service: Priority Booking Service is currently available only for selected destinations and centers. France can usually be checked through the online center system, and Spain may require a manual email request first. For other Schengen countries, faster appointment booking may be unavailable. The service helps secure an earlier appointment but does not change the Embassy’s internal visa processing time. Fee: 1,200,000 IDR per applicant where available.
Some visa centers may require a visa center service or booking fee to be paid in advance during appointment booking. Based on recent cases, this may apply to Netherlands, Spain, and Germany. This is separate from the Embassy / Consular fee paid by the applicant at biometrics unless Flado confirms otherwise for a specific case.
After payment and document check, some countries require an additional country-specific questionnaire so Flado can complete the official online visa form correctly.
If your documents are not in English or not accepted by the selected consulate / visa center, translation may be required. Translation support: https://flado.id/translation.
