🇮🇩 Visa Extension Process

Supported Visas & Formats: eVOA (B1, C, D), Physical Sticker, or Payment Receipt. Check types here.

1. Documents & Payment Simple digital process. Send us: Photo of Passport, Current Visa/Sticker (only for C1 & D1), and your Current Address (this determines the Immigration Office). Your Email and WhatsApp for communication.
2. Submission & Safety We submit documents and pay taxes on the next working day.
✅ Once paid/submitted, there is no risk of overstay, even if your visa expires during processing.
⚠️ Warning: Do NOT leave Indonesia while the extension is in progress. Leaving before the new permit is issued results in fines at the airport, if you will decide to leave Indonesia after expiration day.
3. Biometrics (Photo) You will receive an invitation via WhatsApp/Email. You must visit the Immigration office once with your physical passport.
4. Issuance Your new permit is issued digitally as a PDF (ITK). See sample here.

Processing Time: Bali (3–7 working days), Jakarta (12–21 working days).
Scheduling: Submission is allowed max 14 days before expiry. If you book early, we schedule it perfectly to ensure timely submission.

⚠️ Critical Requirement for C-Type & D-Type Visas

For visas such as C1, C2, D1, D2, C12, D12, the extension process depends strictly on the original issuance:

  1. Third-Party Sponsors: If your visa was issued by another agency, usually only they can process the extension.
  2. Individual Immi Account: If you applied yourself, we can assist only if you provide your Immi Account credentials (email/password).
  3. The Exception: The eVOA (B1) can be extended by any agency (like Flado), regardless of who issued it.
