Step 1: Enter Your Payment Amount

Go to our Universal Payment Terminal: flado.id/pay. Make sure the GLOBAL tab is selected, and enter the required amount in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) in the AMOUNT TO PAY (IDR) field.

Once the amount is entered, click the Proceed to Checkout button.

⚠️ Important: Store Transaction Limits

• Indomaret: Max 5,000,000 IDR per code.
• Alfamart: Max 2,500,000 IDR per code.

How to pay an amount above the limit? If your total exceeds the store’s limit, you will need to split your payment into parts and generate multiple codes one by one.

Example: You need to pay 3,400,000 IDR at Alfamart (which has a 2.5M limit).

1. Enter 2,500,000 IDR ➔ Generate the code (see Step 2) and pay at the store (see Step 3).
2. Open the terminal again, enter the remaining 900,000 IDR ➔ Generate the second code and pay.

Note: You will receive separate receipts for each payment. Both transactions are automatically and instantly credited to our system.

Step 2: Generate your Payment Code

• On the checkout page, choose your preferred store chain: Alfamart or Indomaret.
• Press “Pay Now”. A unique Payment Code will appear on your screen. Save it or take a screenshot.

Step 3: Complete Payment at Store

Visit the nearest Alfamart or Indomaret. Show your code to the cashier and use the instructions below:
