1. General Requirements for All Applicants
To ensure a “Europe in your pocket” experience, our team performs a rigorous audit of your documents. You can upload scans to a secure Google Drive for remote verification before your appointment.
Core Documents:
- Passport: Original + 2 photocopies of all pages. Must be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date. (Attach a name change letter if applicable).
- Identity Card: KTP for WNI, or KITAS / KITAP for foreigners. (Bring original to the appointment).
- Family & Civil Status: Family Card (Kartu Keluarga), Birth Certificate (mandatory for parent-child sponsorship), and Marriage Certificate (mandatory for spouse sponsorship).
- Photos (4 pieces): 3.5 x 4.5 cm, white background, face 70-80%, ears and eyebrows clearly visible.
Financial & Professional Proof:
- Bank Statement: Original printout from the bank (not E-Banking) with a stamp, covering the last 3 months. Recommended minimum balance: Rp. 100,000,000 per person. Funds should be deposited periodically, not as a single large lump sum just before printing.
- Bank Reference Letter: Request this from your bank 2 days before biometrics, stating the account is active for “Visa Purposes.”
- Sponsorship Letter (English):
- Self-employed/Business: Letter on company letterhead (or plain paper with shop stamp) + NIB + NPWP + SIUP.
- Employee: Official letter from the office stating Passport Number, Position, and Monthly Salary.
- Retired: Self-signed letter on plain paper.
- Students/Minors: Sponsorship letter from parents + Birth Certificate.
Travel Logistics:

2. Student Visa Requirements (France & Germany)
If you are applying for a long-stay study visa, you should start the process 3–6 months before your course begins. Note: The Embassy will retain your passport during the processing period (14 days to 3 months).
France Student Visa Specifics
- Campus France (EEF): Must complete the Phase 1 interview to obtain an EEF ID.
- Financial Proof: Recommended balance of Rp. 200,000,000.
- Accommodation: Proof of residence for the first 3 months (Rental contract or 7-10 day hotel booking).
- Academic Docs: Motivation Letter, CV, Letter of Acceptance, and legalized diplomas (Bachelor/High School) with English translations.
Germany Student Visa Specifics
- Blocked Account: Mandatory proof of financial capability (approx. €11,904 for one year). Over 18s use Fintiba; under 18s use Coracle.
- Language Certificate: DELF (French) or TOEFL/IELTS (English) depending on the course requirements.
- Apostille: Foreign degrees must have an Apostille and formal translation.

Important Notes:
- Surabaya Applicants: We provide full remote support for Surabaya residents; service prices are the same as our Bali branch.
- Biometrics: Applicants (including minors with both parents) must appear in person at the nearest center. We will coordinate the appointment for you.
- Translations: Standard documents can be translated by Flado for Rp. 125,000 – Rp. 200,000 per page.
- Non-Residents: If you do not have a permit, we can first assist with a Nomad/Remote Worker KITAS and Family Dependent Visas to make you eligible to apply from Indonesia.
