SKCK, or Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian, is an Indonesian Police Clearance Certificate issued by POLRI. It confirms whether a person has a criminal record in Indonesia.

Who Can Apply for SKCK as a Foreigner?
SKCK for foreigners is available only for applicants who hold or previously held a long-term Indonesian stay permit:
- ITAS / KITAS
- ITAP / KITAP
If you stayed in Indonesia only on a tourist visa, visa on arrival, business visa, social visa, or another visit visa, SKCK may not be available for your case. First get KITAS, please.
When Do Foreigners Need SKCK?
Foreigners may need an SKCK for immigration, employment, residency, legal procedures, background checks, or official requests from another country.
When applying, you need to explain the purpose of the SKCK, including:
- Why you need the SKCK
- What the SKCK will be used for
- How long you have been in Indonesia
