Does your company already have an Indonesian Immigration sponsor account—or do you need to register one? Start here. Find the exact company documents to prepare, how Flado obtains authorized access, and when your director or company representative may be asked to participate.

An Indonesian company generally uses its existing eVisa sponsor profile. A second account should not be created for the same entity just to switch agencies.

Tell us the registered company name and previous account email. We assess official recovery or changes to authorized access; existing visas do not automatically become invalid.
In your first email, state: NEW / EXISTING / ACCESS LOST, plus your company name, location and the email used (or planned) for Immigration.
Who is the sponsor—and who does the actual work?
For a visa category requiring a corporate sponsor, the official sponsor is the eligible Indonesian company, school, institution or organizer inviting the foreigner. Flado is your authorized immigration service provider, not a substitute employer or legal sponsor.
Company / sponsor
Confirms the purpose of the visit or employment, supplies genuine corporate documents, approves invitations and signatures, keeps a responsible contact person, and responds if Immigration requests verification.
Flado / authorized agent
Reviews the visa route, prepares forms and sponsor letters, assists with account registration or integration, submits and tracks cases, arranges renewals and coordinates appointments.
Foreign applicant
Supplies personal visa documents, follows the permitted activities and deadlines, and attends Immigration for biometrics or an interview when requested.
Company sponsor document checklist
For a NEW corporate sponsor account, prepare legible, current colour scans. For an EXISTING account, we normally first review the profile and request only missing or outdated information.
Letters and case-specific documents
Flado prepares the Surat Permohonan Registrasi Akun and the required undertaking / guarantee / invitation letters for signature. Each traveller may need a separate guarantee letter and passport/itinerary/contract documents. Work KITAS cases generally require an employer/manpower stage such as RPTKA before the immigration application. Additional permits or financial evidence are requested only if applicable to the current process and visa category.
Do not send a director’s identity document in an open public form. Our team will tell the authorized company contact how to provide confidential documents securely. Immigration and other competent authorities receive relevant files as required for processing.
Already have an account? Connect Flado through OTP in a few minutes
Indonesian Immigration sends short-lived login OTP codes to the email registered with the eVisa account. The account owner can authorize a filter that forwards Immigration notifications only to Flado. You keep your mailbox; no forwarding of unrelated corporate email is needed.
Confirm the registered email
Use the email already attached to your Immigration account. If it is controlled by an old agency, ask Flado about account recovery or an authorized change first.
Add the Flado forwarding destination
Follow the one-page guide. Flado must confirm the forwarding request before the next step can be completed.
Filter only official Immigration mail
Create the rule for Immigration’s notification sender as shown in the guide; do not switch on forwarding for the entire inbox.
Send the integration details
Finish the authorization using the secure form on the full OTP page. Our team verifies the setup and then manages approved applications.
The mailbox-filter setup usually takes about 3–4 minutes once forwarding is approved. Approval/verification can take longer, and some corporate email systems need an IT administrator. Access can be revoked by the company.
Offshore versus onshore: must your company visit Immigration?
Applicant outside Indonesia (offshore)
For routine online visa issuance, the company normally supplies documents and approvals electronically; the sponsor is not routinely required to visit a local Immigration office just to issue the offshore visa. An exceptional document check or interview can still be requested.
Applicant already in Indonesia (onshore / extension)
For a stay-permit extension or an in-country procedure, the foreign applicant may be required to attend their local Immigration office for photos, biometrics or an interview. The corporate sponsor, director or authorized representative may also be called for verification or sponsor questions; this is case- and office-dependent.
Flado can accompany and coordinate with Immigration offices in Bali and Jakarta. If officers require the actual company representative or legal sponsor to attend, Flado cannot replace that person merely by appearing as an agent. For other regions we assess local coordination case by case.

We confirm sponsor eligibility, visa index, onshore/offshore status, account condition and required approvals.
Prepare or connect
NEW: compile letters and register the company. EXISTING: connect approved access through OTP. LOST: coordinate recovery.
Apply and track
Your company approves required signatures and individual cases. Flado prepares, submits, follows up and shares status updates.
Complete and monitor
We deliver issued documents and flag relevant deadlines; for extensions, appointments and sponsor requests we coordinate the next step.
Time, fees and what we do not promise
Standard Flado assistance for a new corporate Immigration account is IDR 1,500,000 one time, unless included or waived in your confirmed visa-service quotation. New account approvals may take approximately 5–10 working days after a complete submission; actual timing depends on Immigration review. Existing-account OTP setup is separate and can be much quicker. Visa fees, RPTKA and other government payments depend on the case and are quoted separately. We do not guarantee approval, an appointment-free extension or automatic access to someone else’s account.
After approval: what should the sponsor report?
Keep the company contact reachable. Tell Flado in advance about a planned extension, employee resignation or termination, a change of employer or sponsor, passport replacement, address change, or the need to close a stay permit (EPO / termination procedures). The exact reporting and exit steps depend on the permit; never assume an expired contract automatically closes immigration status.
Questions HR teams ask most often
Can we keep using the account registered by our previous agent?
Yes, where you are the lawful account owner and the existing profile remains valid. Authorize Flado access and use the OTP procedure instead of registering a duplicate account.
Does our director need to go to Immigration?
Not normally for a routine offshore eVisa application. For onshore extensions, sponsor checks or other specific procedures, Immigration may request an authorized company representative to attend.
Can Flado act as the sponsor instead of our employer?
Only for categories in which Flado is legally eligible to sponsor. An employment-sponsored Work KITAS requires a qualifying Indonesian employer; Flado handles processing on that employer’s behalf.
What if we cannot access the old email or Immigration account?
Tell us what is known. We evaluate the proper recovery or official account-update route rather than attempting a second profile or bypassing authentication.
Do we need to send physical originals?
Start with digital colour copies. Some offices or case types can require original verification or additional documents later; Flado will notify you when this applies.
What do we send in the first email?
Company legal name and city, sponsor-account status (NEW/EXISTING/ACCESS LOST), Immigration email if known, intended visa/activity, number of foreigners, and your HR/company contact. Do not email passwords or OTP codes.
