1. Who Must Apply for a Visa via the Embassy (KVAC)
If your country is not on the K-ETA eligible list, you must obtain a physical visa sticker in your passport.
Primary Audience for KVAC:
- Indonesian Citizens (WNI): Our main group of applicants.
- Foreigners in Indonesia: Holders of KITAS/KITAP whose home countries do not have a visa-waiver agreement with Korea.
- Specific Nationalities: Citizens of China (PRC), India, Philippines, Vietnam, Ukraine, Pakistan, most African nations, and CIS countries (excluding Russia and Kazakhstan).

3. Required Documents for KVAC Visa
To ensure a successful Tourist Visa (C-3) application, please prepare the following:
Basic Documents:
- Original Passport: Valid for at least 6 months.
- Identification: Copy of KTP / KITAS / KITAP.
- Family Card (Kartu Keluarga): Mandatory for Indonesian citizens.
- Photo: 1 color photo (3.5 x 4.5 cm, white background).
Financial & Employment Proof:
- Bank Statements: Original statements for the last 3 months (recommended balance: 20–30 million IDR).
- Employment Letter: In English, stating your position and salary.
- Business Owners: Copy of business licenses (NIB / SIUP).
- Minors: Birth certificate and parents’ financial documents.
4. Step-by-Step Process with Flado

5. K-ETA & e-Arrival Card (Electronic Options)
For citizens of visa-waiver countries, a traditional visa is not required. Instead, you use the K-ETA.
- Age Exemptions: Travelers under 17 or over 65 years old are exempt from K-ETA.
- Pension Age Benefit (Russia): Women 55+ and men 60+ from Russia can enter Korea completely free of charge. Instead of a visa or K-ETA, they simply fill out an e-Arrival Card upon arrival.
