How to pay
- Enter the amount in IDR — this is the exact amount Flado will receive.
- Fill in your name, email, and phone number so we can easily identify your payment.
- Enter any address (your home country address is fine).
- Continue and complete the payment.
All fees are included. Flado does not charge any additional processing fees.
After payment, please send us a screenshot on WhatsApp. Our operator will verify the payment and start the process immediately.
If your card payment fails
Payments are processed with an international bank card through an Indonesian payment gateway. Many Visa, Mastercard, and JCB cards are accepted. If your card is declined, please contact your bank and confirm that: the payment is made to a foreign merchant and your card limits allow international payments.
If the payment still does not go through, we recommend using alternative payment methods via PayPal , which supports even more options: international debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay).
