On April 29, 2022, the General Directorate of Immigration in Jakarta published information on their website imigrasi.go.id:
- B211A visas issued before April 16, 2022 can be extended only 1 time and only for 60 days, and not 4 times for 30 days, as before. The state duty without agency fees is 2 million rupiah;
- B211A visas issued after April 16, 2022 cannot be extended;
- Upon expiration of the B211A visa, you can issue a new (onshore) visa without leaving the territory of Indonesia;
- Visas B211B, B211C, for 180 days are mentioned. Previously, they were not in the visa system;
- Visas on arrival are available to a limited list of countries. After the expiration of this visa, you must leave the country.
We are waiting for the end of the holidays to find out the details. Recall that Indonesia is resting until May 8, 2022 inclusive.
P.S. We assume that visas for 180 days will soon be available. You will have to pay less often, but in a larger amount.
P.P.S. B211A visa extension returned on May 11, 2022.
