We were informed that if your visa, after scanning the QR code, has a status other than USED, then you must leave the country before the expiration date. Such visas were not activated upon arrival and cannot be corrected.

The Bali Immigration Office will not accept visa extensions through offline submission from April 16, 2024.

According to the recommendation of the General Immigration Office in Jakarta, it is necessary to leave the country upon expiration of the visa in this case. If you intend to extend your stay in Indonesia, consider issuing a new Indonesian onward stay visa. Visas in Indonesia can now only be extended online.
