- Application Period: October 2, 2024, to November 5, 2024.
- Results Check: starting from May 3, 2025.
- Eligible Countries: Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Brunei, Myanmar, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and other countries with low U.S. immigration rates.
- Excluded Countries: Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China (including Hong Kong), Colombia, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, South Korea, the United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland), Vietnam.
Participation Requirements:
- Country of Birth: The applicant must be born in an eligible country.
- Photograph: Must meet U.S. visa requirements (resolution, background, and format).
- Family Information: Include all spouses and children, even from previous marriages.
- Passport: Use a valid passport. If unavailable, provide the correct English spelling of your name, as it must match future passport details.
