Children of a foreigner can get a Dependent visa if one of the parents has KITAS/KITAP. Spouse also can get such KITAS. For example, if you are employed (Working KITAS) or an Investor KITAS holder, your children may receive Dependent KITAS, spouse will get it too.

Required documents for Dependent VITAS/KITAS application

• Bank statement of guarantor (minimum balance in equivalent of 2.000 USD for last 3 months;
• Guarantee letter (for companies signed by the board of directors / leading commissioners);
• Passport with minimum 18 months (example flado.id/passport);
• Photo like for passport (example flado.id/photo).

Dependent visa is multiple entry.

You need to start extension 2 months before expiration date or start procedure of closing KITAS in 2 weeks via EPO.
