Visa on Arrival (VoA / e-VoA) allows to stay in Indonesia for up to 60 days without leaving the country.

Maximum initial stay for VoA / e-VoA: 30 days, possible only 1 extension for 30 days.

From April 2024, you can extend your Indonesian Visa on Arrival (VOA/EVOA) online if you received it electronically:

• * Online EVOA extension process is instant and we typically complete it on the same working day
• * You need to provide us with your visa file (EVOA)
• * If you received your EVOA at the airport, we will also need your passport and a selfie photo in digital format
• * You do not need to visit a local immigration office
• * You will not receive a new sticker in your passport
• * You will receive a PDF of your new stay permit (extension confirmation) from us by email

If it is not possible to extend your VOA online, we will proceed with the normal visa extension process, which takes 5-7 business days:

• Preparation day: passport and payment collected
• Day 1: documents submitted for extension
• Day 3: client visit immigration office for fingerprint scanning and photo
• Day 7: passport delivery with extended visa
