When they issue an e-visa, it is done through the Indonesian Immigration website and you can validate it throughout the different stages of the visa process. I would highly recommend them over others given their fast services and professionalism. Even after the visa is issued, they will give you a step-by-step process on what to do once you have your visa Superb Agency and Staff!!

The application for e-visa can be made only by an Indonesian... read more company registered with the immigration office. I found a few companies, wrote to everyone and Flado responded the first. They provided very clear instructions, required only a few documents (a copy of the passport, vaccination card and photographs) and offered attractive timing - visa on the 5th day. I sent the documents on Tuesday night and next Tuesday morning I had a visa in my inbox. Very happy with the service, they quickly replied to my questions and I could see my application number on the government web page, which was reassuring. Definitely recommend.
