Now you have PT PMA’s Company Profile on pajak.go.id and one time per year you must submit annual report which called SPT.

- Download and install Acrobat Reader DC https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/
- Login https://djponline.pajak.go.id/account/login
- Lapor, e-form PDF
- Press Buat, Kirim Permintaan
- We will get a verification code to email. Also the browser will offer to download the PDF-report file which needs to open with installed Acrobat Reader DC. We will use verification code at the end to submit a PDF-report.
- Please download and open the XLS-file and fill it with your data. Print, stamp and sign 3 tabs from this XLS-file. Scan separately 1st tab in one file, 2nd and 3rd and another file. You will attach these 2 files in PDF-report.

- Choose LAMPIRAN VI and press BUKA. Then add data of shareholders via button Tambah.
- Same in LAMPIRAN V and also add commissioners BAGIAN B
