Step 1. Open the official portal
Go to the official government website:
https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id (don’t use VPN)
This is the only valid portal for completing the Arrival Card. Do not use third-party websites.
Step 2. Prepare the required documents
Before starting the form, make sure you have:
- Passport.
- Visa (if applicable). Example: apply for an Electronic VOA (30 days) at flado.id/evoa or a Tourist Visa C1 (60–180 days) at flado.id/c1.
- Flight ticket with which you are entering Indonesia.
- Departure date (must match your visa validity, even if you plan to extend later).
The form can only be filled in within 3 days before your arrival. One form must be submitted for each traveler.
Step 3. Fill out the Arrival Card form
On the portal, click Arrival Card Service and follow the steps:
- Personal Information
- Fill in your passport details.
- If you already have a visa, enter its number.
- Travel Details
- Flight number.
- Date of arrival and departure.
- Purpose of Travel
Your travel purpose must exactly match your visa. Otherwise, you may be denied entry. Choose one of the following options:- 1-DAY TRANSIT
- BUSINESS, MEETING, CONFERENCE, CONVENTION, EXHIBITION (C2 Business)
- CREW
- EDUCATION/TRAINING (Student KITAS E30A)
- EMPLOYMENT (Work KITAS E23, E24, E25, E26, E27)
- HOLIDAY, SIGHTSEEING, LEISURE (Visa on Arrival B1, Tourist Visa C1, Digital Nomad KITAS E33G)
- MEDICAL CARE (Medical Visa B3)
- OFFICIAL, GOVERNMENT VISIT (B4)
- RELIGION (Religious Preacher Visa C10A, Religious Short Course Visa C9A)
- SPORT EVENT (Athlete Visa Single Entry C8A, C8B or Multiple Entry D8)
- VISITING FRIENDS, RELATIVES (Family KITAS, Dependant KITAS, Spouse Visa E31A–J)
- OTHERS
- Health & Travel History
- Declare your current health condition.
- Indicate countries visited in the past 21 days.
- Customs Declaration
- Declare goods, cash, or dutiable items.
- If you have a foreign phone, you can register its IMEI for use with Indonesian SIM cards (details here).
Step 4. Submit the form and keep confirmation
After submission, you will receive a QR code.

- Save it on your phone or print it.
- You will need to present this QR code to Immigration officers upon arrival.
Step 5. Special note for Bali travelers
If you are traveling to Bali, you must also pay the Bali tourist levy separately:

Final Tips
- Fill out the form no earlier than 3 days before arrival.
- Make sure your travel purpose matches your visa.
- One form per passenger is required, including children.
- Keep your QR code ready for inspection at Immigration, Customs, and Health checkpoints.
