The Bali Tourist Levy, also called the Love Bali levy, Bali tourist tax or Bali tourism levy, is a contribution associated with visits by international tourists to Bali. The program helps support the preservation of Bali’s natural environment, local culture and heritage.
The levy is separate from your Indonesian visa. An approved C1 or D1 e-Visa, a B1 e-Visa on Arrival (e-VoA/VoA), or other permission to enter Indonesia does not automatically include the Bali Tourist Levy. The levy can also apply when a foreign tourist reaches Bali from elsewhere in Indonesia, such as Jakarta or Lombok.
Many foreign tourists visiting Bali need a levy voucher, although some visitors qualify for exemptions based on their immigration or travel status. If you believe you may be exempt, check your eligibility before buying. Flado can assist travelers who need to arrange the payment.

The online portal accepts applications 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Levy processing takes up to 1 working day during Bali business hours. Visa issuance follows the processing time of the visa you selected. Apply in advance of your trip.

What does the Love Bali QR voucher look like?
After your levy-only order is processed, Flado sends the paid Bali Tourist Levy voucher with its QR code to your email. Save the voucher on your phone and keep it available to show when requested during your Bali visit.
If you buy Visa + Levy in the same order, Flado sends the issued e-Visa and the paid levy voucher together in one email once both are ready. You do not have to enter the same traveler details again just to add the levy.

Is Bali Tourist Levy the same as a Bali visa or Visa on Arrival?
No. The Bali Tourist Levy is separate from your Indonesian visa or immigration entry authorization. You can pay the levy separately or add it to your B1, C1 or D1 visa application with Flado.
How much does the Bali Tourist Levy cost through Flado?
The all-inclusive Flado service price is IDR 300,000 per traveler. It includes arranging the levy payment and applicable service/payment processing fees, without additional charges for this package.
Can I pay only the Bali Tourist Levy if I already have a visa?
Yes. At app.flado.id, select Bali Tourist Levy in the Visa / Service field at Step 1. Then provide traveler details, upload passport photos and pay. You will receive only the levy voucher by email when it is ready.
Can I pay for a family or several tourists in one order?
Yes. Select the number of people in the portal and provide a passport photo for each traveler. The levy is priced per person, and each eligible traveler receives an individual QR voucher.
Can I add the Bali Tourist Levy to a B1, C1 or D1 visa?
Yes. Apply for your Indonesian tourist visa and switch on Bali Tourist Levy in the order summary at Step 3. You pay for the visa and levy together, without re-entering your traveler details. The issued visa and voucher are emailed together when both are ready.
Does the online application really take only 5 minutes?
Completing the 3 portal steps and payment usually takes about 5 minutes if your traveler details and documents are ready. This does not mean instant voucher or visa issuance.
When will I receive my QR payment voucher?
Levy orders are processed within 1 working day during Bali business hours. You can submit your application 24/7. We recommend ordering before your departure rather than at the last minute.
Can I use MIR, SBP, Visa, Mastercard, Alipay or WeChat Pay?
Flado offers international, Russian and Chinese payment gateways. Supported methods can include Visa, Mastercard, JCB, MIR, SBP, QRIS, Alipay and WeChat Pay. The exact options depend on your language, checkout and transaction. For Russian methods, select Russian as your portal or browser language.
Do I need a Bali levy voucher if I land in Jakarta or Lombok first?
If your trip includes Bali, the Bali Tourist Levy can still apply even when you arrive in Indonesia through another destination. A trip that does not include Bali is different: this is a Bali-specific visitor levy.
Does everyone visiting Bali have to pay?
The levy generally applies to foreign tourists visiting Bali, but some immigration and visitor statuses qualify for exemptions. If you believe you are exempt, confirm your eligibility before ordering.
Will my levy voucher and e-Visa arrive in the same email?
Yes, when ordered together. Flado sends the issued e-Visa and paid Love Bali QR voucher in one email when both are available. A standalone levy order contains only the voucher.
