- Login, go to My profile and click search services
2. Find your order with passport number and your birth date
3. Add order
4. Need to set up arrival date and additional information for extension of visa each visa
5. Find Stay Permit sticker in your passport and Date of Entry (Arrival Date).
6. Set arrival date. Use Date of Entry from sticker in format DD.MM.YYYY.
7. You must visit our office before the date you see on the screen, you must bring your passport with a fee of 2.600.000 IDR for extension. Next, create a new extension request.
8. Choose person which need extension and press send.
9. Previously fill additional information
10. Your job, address in home country, address in Indonesia, contacts and name of your relative in motherland
11. Press extend your visa
12. You must confirm your request with button 2. Next contact us and bring passport with payment 2.600.000 IDR per extension.
13. After visit of our office just wait our notification to your email or Whatsapp for photo and fingerprint. You will have appointment to visit Immigration Office.
