Already have a visa? On Step 1 of app.flado.id, choose Bali Tourist Levy under Visa / Service. Select the number of travelers, upload a clear passport photo for each person, and pay. Your order will produce levy vouchers only.
2. Indonesian Visa + Levy
Need your visa as well? Choose B1, C1 or D1 and add Bali Tourist Levy at Step 3 — Confirmation & Payment. Pay in one order. Flado sends the issued e-Visa and paid levy voucher together in one email once both are ready.

How to get your Love Bali QR voucher in 3 online steps
Select Bali Tourist Levy only, or apply for a B1/C1/D1 visa first. Enter your contact details and choose the number of people.
For levy-only orders, upload a legible image of each traveler’s passport and provide arrival details when requested. Visa applications follow their own document requirements.

Submitting and paying typically takes about 5 minutes when your documents are ready. The online application is available around the clock, but levy processing takes up to 1 working day during Bali business hours. Visa processing follows the separate timeframe of your chosen visa.

A Love Bali Tourist Levy payment voucher with a QR code, sent to the email address in your order. Each eligible traveler receives their own voucher. Keep it on your phone and show it if requested during your Bali visit.

Bali Tourist Levy: quick answers
Do B1 VoA/e-VoA, C1 and D1 tourist visa holders need the Bali levy?
Generally yes, when visiting Bali for tourism. The Bali Tourist Levy is separate from the Indonesian visa fee. Some travelers qualify for exemptions based on their immigration or residence status, including eligible KITAS/KITAP holders. Check exemption eligibility before ordering.
Can I pay the levy without buying a visa?
Yes. Choose Bali Tourist Levy on Step 1 of the Flado portal. Select your party size, supply a passport photo for each person and pay. You will receive the Love Bali voucher by email after processing.
Can I order several levy vouchers at once?
Yes. One portal order can cover multiple people. Select the correct number of travelers and provide the required passport details or images for each person. The Flado all-inclusive service price is IDR 300,000 per traveler.
Can I pay with MIR, SBP, Alipay or WeChat Pay?

What if my flight arrives in Jakarta before Bali?
The levy may still apply if you later visit Bali as a foreign tourist, even when your first arrival in Indonesia is through Jakarta, Lombok or another province.
