Obtaining a Spouse KITAS E31A (or Indonesian Visa for Spouse of Indonesian Citizen) is an online process in the first stage.

Please note: Spouse Visa/Family Dependent KITAS can be sponsored by a licensed agency. The sponsor cannot be changed in the future. Visa extension in subsequent years only with the same company.

3 steps to obtain an E31A Spouse Visa/KITAS:
1) Our agency submits documents on the website of General Immigration Department in Jakarta.

2) Next, you will receive an e-Visa to come in Indonesia.

3) Once you arrive in Bali or Jakarta, you do not need to visit the local immigration office. You will receive an electronic KITAS and an electronic multiple entry permit to stay at the airport.

Spouse KITAS E31A is issued for a period of 1 year, each time it can be extended for 1 year, maximum 4 extensions.

There is also a 2-year Spouse Visa. At your request, we can also issue a 2-year visa.

Later, closer to the end of KITAS, we recommend starting the extension process 4 weeks before the expiration date. For extension, you must collect the same package of documents as to obtain a new KITAS. If you have changed your passport, you must first make a passport mutasi. If the residential address has changed, then the mutasi address.

After 5 years, KITAS can be converted into KITAP with a validity period of 5 years.
