Your KITAS Extension

The Spouse KITAS follows the validity of your spouse’s KITAS. You must begin the extension process 4-6 weeks before expiration. If your spouse’s KITAS is extended, your Spouse KITAS will also be eligible for extension. For the extension, you’ll need to gather the same documents as when you applied for your first KITAS.
