As we announced earlier, there is no temporary suspension of Visas for Sri Lankan citizens. Yet, the Visa approval is under the full authority of the Directorate General of Immigration.

The reality and the official position of the government differ.
Before July 2022
Previously, Sri Lankans could apply for a visitor visa B211A and travel to Indonesia for tourism or business purposes.
Note. In rare cases, it has happened that the application can be rejected, in which case a refund is not possible. In very, very rare cases, entry into Indonesia can be closed even after the visa has been issued. By law, the Immigration Department has the right to refuse any traveler entry into Indonesia.
