Calculate Your Working KITAS E23 Cost in Indonesia

To legally employ a foreign specialist in Indonesia, the sponsoring company must complete the Manpower stage first: RPTKA approval and Work Permit / IMTA issuance. After that, the E23 Work Visa or ITAS / KITAS stage is processed. Private individuals cannot be employers for a Working KITAS. A corporate sponsor is mandatory.

Working KITAS Cost Navigator

Important: this calculator works for corporate-sponsored employment cases. The final route depends on the employer’s readiness in TKA Online, WLK / WLTK, BPJS, immigration account access, job-title eligibility, and the applicant’s current visa status in Indonesia.
Select the route, validity, processing speed, and corporate add-ons to see the estimated subtotal and timing.

Working-day estimates start after the employer and applicant documents are complete. Government holidays and local Balinese holidays can affect the duration. Check flado.id/daysoff. DPKK is legally a USD-denominated government obligation and the IDR estimate on this page is rounded for planning.

Work KITAS E23 Price Table

The package price depends on whether the applicant is outside Indonesia, already inside Indonesia, or extending an existing Work KITAS. DPKK / DKPTKA is a separate mandatory government tax based on Work Permit validity.

Timeline logic: this page does not overlap stages. The estimate includes a realistic buffer above the most optimistic timing: RPTKA / IMTA first, then the E23 Visa or ITAS / KITAS stage. Employer setup add-ons are added separately when selected.

Additional Government and Corporate Setup Services

Many delays in Working KITAS cases happen before the visa stage: the employer may need WLK / WLTK update, BPJS registration, TKA Online access, eVisa access, annual reporting, or online guidance for a Ministry of Manpower expose meeting.
